Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 August 2026

The short version. Use Possiber for studying, don't try to break it or resell it. Pro is billed by Paddle and you can cancel anytime. We do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise perfection — it's a solo project, not a bank.

These terms are the agreement between you and Muzzish (a solo developer project, "we", "us") covering your use of the Possiber browser extension and the possiber.muzzish.com website. By installing or using Possiber, you agree to them.

1. What Possiber is

Possiber is a browser extension for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox that changes how YouTube pages appear in your browser, so you can watch playlists in a focused, distraction-free way.

Possiber is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. It doesn't download videos, bypass advertising systems, or modify YouTube's servers — it only changes how pages are displayed in your own browser, on your own screen.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Possiber. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Acceptable use

Use Possiber for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

You remain responsible for following YouTube's terms while using YouTube. Possiber changing how a page looks doesn't change your obligations to them.

4. The free tier

The free tier is genuinely free and has no time limit. It supports up to 2 playlists, stored locally on your device. It needs no account. We may adjust what the free tier includes in future, but we won't retroactively charge you for something that was free.

5. Pro subscriptions and billing

Pricing

Possiber Pro costs $5 per month or $42 per year (which works out to $3.50/month — around a 30% saving versus paying monthly). We also offer a Lifetime plan: a single payment of $195 that includes all Pro features and all future updates, with no recurring charge. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any local taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Who bills you

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for all Pro subscriptions. This means Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, and tax compliance, and Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself. Your card details go directly to Paddle — we never see or store them.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance if the price of your existing subscription is going to change.

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — it does not renew and is never charged again. It grants you Pro features and all future updates for as long as Possiber exists as a product. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not a personal guarantee of perpetual service; if we ever discontinue Possiber entirely, the "Availability and changes" section below applies.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account reverts to the free tier. Cancelling doesn't delete your playlists, though only 2 will remain accessible under free tier limits. (The Lifetime plan has nothing to cancel.)

Refunds

If Possiber isn't working for you, email us within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund it, no argument. Refunds are issued through Paddle. Beyond 14 days we generally don't refund part-used periods, but if something genuinely went wrong, get in touch — we'd rather sort it out than have you feel cheated.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Possiber working reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Because Possiber depends on how YouTube structures its pages, a change on YouTube's side can temporarily break features. We'll fix such breakages as quickly as we reasonably can.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we ever have to discontinue Possiber entirely, we'll give Pro subscribers reasonable notice and refund any period paid for but not delivered.

7. Your content

Your playlists are yours. We claim no ownership over them. We only store them if you use Pro sync, and only to provide that feature. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Our intellectual property

Possiber's code, name, logo, and design remain the property of Muzzish. Your subscription buys you the right to use the software, not ownership of it.

9. Ending access

You can stop using Possiber whenever you like by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms — for example by attacking our systems or reselling the product. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

10. No warranty

Possiber is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muzzish will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or study time arising from your use of Possiber.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 USD.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot legally be waived.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll change the "last updated" date at the top, and for material changes affecting Pro subscribers we'll email you. Continuing to use Possiber after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of operation, and any dispute will be handled in the courts there — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country of residence.
